We work with municipalities, regional districts, Indigenous communities, and fire departments to help evaluate service delivery, identify operational needs, and develop practical solutions that support effective and sustainable fire protection services.
Our services include community risk assessments, public safety evaluations, fire protection reviews, operational and organizational assessments, strategic planning, governance reviews, and emergency services consulting.
